This issue is usually caused by one of two things — either the app is running on an outdated version, or cached data has built up on your device.
Try these first:
- Force-close the app completely (swipe it away) and reopen it.
- Go to Phone Settings → Apps → Jilil → Clear Cache.
- App Page Download and install the latest version from there. Installing the new version over the old one won't erase your data — no need to uninstall first.
- To install the APK on Android, you'll need to enable "Unknown Sources" in your device settings.
If the problem persists, restart your phone and try again. iOS users can check for updates by searching for Jilil on the App Store. If the app isn't working at all, you can continue using Jilil by opening jilil.best in your browser — and let the team know via live chat at the same time so they can get it sorted for you.
Forgetting your password is a very common issue, and the fix is simple. All you need to reset your Jilil password is your mobile number.
Steps:
- Go to Page Go there and click on the "Forgot Password?" option.
- Enter the 11-digit mobile number you provided when registering.
- A 6-digit OTP will be sent to that number — usually within 30 seconds.
- Set a new password using the OTP. Use at least 8 characters, combining letters and numbers.
- Log in with your new password.
If you don't receive an OTP, wait 60 seconds and click the "Resend" button. If your SIM is blocked or your number has changed, contact Support — provide your National ID number and your identity will be verified so your account can be recovered.
An accumulator or series bet means combining the outcomes of multiple matches into a single bet. If all selections are correct, the odds multiply — meaning your potential winnings can be significantly higher.
How to do it:
- Log In and On the Betting Page Go.
- Click on your preferred outcome for the first match — it will be added to your Bet Slip.
- Add between 2 and up to 15 outcomes this way. Each selection must be from a different match or event.
- Select the "Accumulator" or "Multi" tab on your Bet Slip.
- The combined odds will be calculated automatically. Enter your stake and confirm the bet.
Example: If the odds for 3 matches are 1.80, 2.10, and 1.95, the combined odds are 1.80 × 2.10 × 1.95 = 7.37. A ৳500 stake would return ৳3,685 if all selections win.
Keep in mind: If even one selection loses, the entire bet is lost. So keep your stakes manageable when placing accumulator bets.
Jilil supports all popular payment methods in Bangladesh. You can make deposits without a separate card or foreign account.
Supported payment methods:
- bKash: The most popular method in Bangladesh. Balance is usually credited within 1–3 minutes. Minimum deposit ৳500.

- Rocket (Dutch-Bangla): The mobile banking service from Dutch-Bangla Bank. Convenient for Dutch-Bangla account holders.
- Bank Transfer: For larger deposits, you can use bank transfer. Funds are credited within 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Jilil charges no processing fee on withdrawals. Whatever amount you choose to withdraw is sent in full to your payment account.
Withdrawal Limits:
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
- Daily maximum: ৳5,00,000 (for KYC-verified accounts)
- Unverified accounts may have lower daily limits — complete KYC to unlock your full limit.
Processing Time:
- BKash & Nagad: typically within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Bank Transfer: 2–24 hours.
- During peak times (right after a big match), it may take a little longer.
After submitting a withdrawal request, you'll see a "Pending" status — that's completely normal and means it's being processed. If it remains pending for more than 24 hours, contact support with your transaction ID.
If a match is cancelled or abandoned, Jilil settles bets in accordance with international betting rules.
For single bets: If a match is cancelled, your full stake is refunded to your wallet. Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours.
For accumulator bets: The cancelled match is removed from the bet slip and the bet is settled using the odds of the remaining matches. For example, if one match in a 3-match accumulator is cancelled, it will be settled as a 2-match accumulator.
If a match is partially cancelled or reduced due to rain: If overs are reduced in a cricket match, the result is determined by the DLS method and bets are settled accordingly. If a match is abandoned entirely, a refund is issued.
Your bet status is visible under "Betting History". If you haven't received a refund, contact Live Chat with your bet ID.
